葵涌永業工廈享5.7厘回報

香港文匯報訊葵涌為傳統工業區，加上鄰近貨櫃碼頭，區內不少可作倉庫的工廈備受追捧，市場近日錄得永業工廠大廈一個中層單位租賃成交，月租10,500元，業主可享租金回報達5.7厘。卓傑物業沈昊晞表示，促成一公司客以月租10,500元，租用永業工廠大廈中層一單位作倉庫用途，以建築面積約1,248方呎計，呎租8.4元。業主於2013年8月以220萬元購入，回報5.7厘。

今月暫錄2租賃成交

他續稱，該廈本月至今暫錄約2宗租賃成交，以上址呎租最平；現僅餘一個放租單位，位於高層，建築面積約1,360方呎，叫租11,500元，呎租8.5元。
