葵涌永業工廈享5.7厘回報

香港文匯報訊 葵涌為傳統工業區,加上鄰近貨櫃碼頭,區內不少可作倉庫的工廈備受追捧,市場近日錄得永業工廠大廈一個中層單位租賃成交,月租10,500元,業主可享租金回報達5.7厘。卓傑物業沈昊晞表示,促成一公司客以月租10,500元,租用永業工廠大廈中層一單位作倉庫用途,以建築面積約1,248方呎計,呎租8.4元。業主於2013年8月以220萬元購入,回報5.7厘。

今月暫錄2租賃成交

他續稱,該廈本月至今暫錄約2宗租賃成交,以上址呎租最平;現僅餘一個放租單位,位於高層,建築面積約1,360方呎,叫租11,500元,呎租8.5元。
