華貴邨車位擬拆售

( 記者蘇洪鏘 ) 再有前領展旗下商場車位部署拆售，消息指，資深投資者林子峰早年買入的香港仔華貴邨旗下的停車場將於日內發售，初步擬限量推出100個車位，全部連租約，入場價約由80萬元起。按此計算，倘悉數售出料為業主套現至少8,000萬元。至於餘下200多個車位擬留作出租用途，按月租2,900元計算，每月收租至少逾74.5萬元。

翻查市場資料，林子峰於2014年斥資5.18億元，從前稱領匯的領展投得華貴邨商場及停車場項目，而停車場部分涉及357個，目前月租約2,900元。事實上，領展近兩年頻頻拆售居屋及公屋商場物業套現，林氏則積極接貨，並將部分物業的車位部分拆售，自去年起先後拆售筲箕灣東熹苑、藍田興田邨及屯門兆麟苑的車位，累計套現約6.5億元。
