香港文匯報訊（記者　蘇洪鏘）市場錄得發展商減磅動靜，消息指，原先由華懋持有的元朗鳳翔路33至43號一樓全層新近以7,400萬元易主，樓面達8,000方呎，折合呎價9,250元。單位目前由一間護老院以每月12萬元租出，以成交價計算，回報率約2厘。

與此同時，市場人士指，土瓜灣下鄉道67至77號地下AB號舖，新近以約1億元易主，涉及樓面共約4,240方呎，折合呎價23,585元。有指新買家為連鎖凍肉超級市場。

尖沙咀二線舖叫價2180萬

舖位放售方面，港置許諾謙表示，尖沙咀白蘭軒道2號富峰行地下A號舖，地舖面積約250方呎，物業現時連租約放售，意向價約2,180萬元。租客為珠寶店，月租約3.5萬元，租約期至2016年8月。投資者買入舖位即享約兩厘租金回報。
