香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）華懋集團標售尖沙咀赫德道16號全幢，意向價約4億元，較兩年前標售時減價約20%。負責標售工作的世邦魏理仕投資物業部資深董事總經理余錦雄表示，物業截標日期為3月11日，業主同時歡迎截標前出價競投，有關安排另議。

物業於2014年落成，樓高23層，包括5層舖位、2層機電層及14層寫字樓，總建築面積約24,389方呎，以4億元意向價計，呎價約1.64萬元。該大廈的寫字樓部分採一梯一戶設計，每層平均面積1,146方呎。

新文華中心分拆銷售

此外，美聯商業營業董事黃璜表示，該行獲代理尖沙咀科學館道新文華中心A座8樓的分拆銷售工作，單合面積介乎752方呎至13,029方呎，意向呎價由1.05萬元起，入場價約700餘萬元，全部單位經已交吉。根據美聯商業資料顯示，近期新文華中心平均成交呎租介乎34元至40元。
