香港文匯報訊　其他工商舖成交方面，美聯鄭梓煥表示，農曆新年過後，長沙灣區買賣、租務暢旺，該行剛促成華創中心高層3,230方呎物業成交，業主早前略為調低叫價，物業即在兩天內沽出，成交價約1,568萬元。據美聯工商資料顯示，現時市場租盤意向呎租約17元，回報率可達4厘左右。

此外，區內同時錄一宗大手成交，長沙灣商廈億京廣場II期30樓全層，11,668方呎，成交價達1.23億元，平均呎價約1.05萬元。
