華信會展廣場寫字樓標售

仲量聯行表示，獲物業接管人委託以招標形式放售灣仔會展廣場辦公大樓三層海景甲級寫字樓。相關物業位於會展廣場辦公大樓21樓、22樓及23樓三層全層寫字樓，每層樓面面積約16,518平方呎，共涉及樓面面積約49,554平方呎。部分樓面現已交吉，其餘樓面則會以連租約形式出售。

據悉，物業原業主為上海華信集團，曾作為華信主要辦公室。該三層物業曾於11月26日拍賣，當時開價合共14.4億元，惟全部單位流拍。仲量聯行表示，是次招標拍賣，截標日期為 2019 年1月30 日中午12 時正。
