莊士機構中期賺4.96億增23%

莊士機構（0367）昨公佈截至今年9月30日止中期業績，錄得公司權益持有人應佔溢利約4.96億元，按年增加23%；每股盈利29.6仙，中期息每股派3仙。莊士機構副主席莊家彬表示，集團期內積極擴充土地儲備，為長遠發展作好準備，未來將繼續致力優化及提升所投資及酒店物業的租金收益及回報，加快發展物業項目。

期內，集團成功收購九龍深水埗步陞工商業大廈，並已獲批准把物業工業用途部分改為辦公室用途，集團相信該物業在用途改變後之租金回報及資本價值將進一步提升。另外，集團亦已成功收購香港中環結志街20號全部業權、結志街16號約83%及18號約81%之業權。集團將完成收購項目餘下單位之業權。鑒於項目位於中環黃金地段，集團對前景感到樂觀。
