　香港文匯報訊（記者陳遠威）工商物業市道活躍，中原（工商舖）寫字樓部營運董事謝立生表示，有投資者以確認人身份，委託該行出售One Midtown 21樓全層海景樓層，面積17,366方呎，平均呎價約4,200元，涉及金額約7,300萬元。據悉，One Midtown已售逾90%樓面。

　近月東九龍工商物業成交上升，萊斯物業接獲委託放售位於觀塘巧明街114號迅達工業大廈1樓，面積約2,581方呎，意向價929萬元，平均呎價約3,600元，呎租約13元，回報約4.3厘。

　另外，萊斯物業亦接獲業主委託，放售位於觀塘成業街11號華成工商中心的中層單位，面積約1,354方呎，意向價551萬元，平均呎價約4,070元，市場租價約2萬元，回報達4厘。
