香港文匯報訊（實習記者黃懿汶）億豐行商業發展旗下The Block Group昨日首推位於荃灣西柴灣角街金熊工業中心內的THE BLOCK SEA之16個單位，面積由85方呎至266方呎，平均呎價約7,000元，售價由57萬元起。消息指，截至昨日下午5時半，迅即沽出6伙。

THE BLOCK SEA提供68個單位。The Block Group 創辦人暨行政總裁陳振邦昨表示，小型工作室用途較多，可作藝術或電競訓練場等，料可吸納從事網上銷售的初創企業或物業投資者入市，買家可享有1.5%至3%的釐印費回贈，或4%租金回報率保證，若買家於簽臨時買賣合約後的45日內支付8成樓價，有3%樓價回贈。項目將於12月入伙，每方呎管理費約2.8元。

中原 (工商舖)董事總經理潘志明表示，今年工廈市場氣氛良好，截至6月13日，市場整體錄得2,301宗買賣，涉資251.19億元，增幅15%。
