美聯物業-姚偉明董事表示，成交單位為荃灣西爵悅庭西爵軒中層D室，實用面積521平方呎，採3房設計，向北望山景。據悉，單位以$760萬放盤約半年後獲買家洽詢，雙方經議價後以$699萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$13,417。新買家為區內分支家庭，心議單位有靚裝潢，故睇樓後決定承接。

資料顯示，原業主於2018年以$853萬購入單位，持貨近8年，賬面虧損約$154萬。
