美聯物業荃灣海之戀分行(5)高級分區營業經理何振榮表示，成交單位為荃灣柏傲灣2A座高層C單位，實用面積約421方呎，1房間隔。據悉，單位早放盤已8個月，開初開價$930萬，至近日獲鍾情屋苑配套的首置客洽購，議價後以$750萬承接，較最初開價累減$180萬，實用面積平均呎價約$17,815。

據了解，原業主2017年以$717.6萬購入單位，持貨7年，帳面獲利約$32.4萬。
