至於在港島區，銅鑼灣渣甸街人人大廈有高層全層放售，美聯麥世強表示，物業面積約1,100方呎，意向呎價10,909元，涉及金額1,200萬元。現時其中一個單位已獲租客承租，料可為新買家帶來約3.5厘的租金回報。
