　影灣園是淺水灣的地標之一，原址為1902年開業的淺水灣酒店(1920年至1982年)。為保留這個香港知名酒店的風情，建築時特別將酒店原本露台部分保留，成為今日馳名中外景點—露台餐廳。露台餐廳之揚名，主因該處是張愛玲的小說《傾城之戀》中，白流蘇和范柳原第一次邂逅的地點；亦為電影《色，戒》中，易先生和王佳芝第一次約會的地方。
