舖王夥華置發展荃灣工廈

下陞域(控股)昨日宣佈，與華置成立合資公司發展荃灣馬角街14至18號工廈項目，該廈現名為栢獅電子大廈，物業總樓面逾12萬方呎，預期項目完成後總樓面將提升近六成至約19萬方呎。

合資公司各佔五成

鄧成波家族及華置各佔50%權益，合資公司將負責項目營運及工程建設事宜，項目預計將於2019年竣工。資料顯示，鄧氏或相關人士於去年作價4.5億元購入現址全幢物業。

陞域主席鄧耀昇表示，集團投資於是次合作項目，實現集團積極併購並發展核心區工廈物業的發展目標。

至於華置高級經理(銷售及投資)戴健文表示，荃灣區近年有多幢新式工廈落成，如One Midtown 及DAN6等，新地去年推售W212工廈，呎價更逾1萬元，荃灣區有望將成為新界區重點新式工廈發展區域，集團對工廈發展非常有信心。
