昨日表示，辣招推出後，興勝創建以3.41億元購入深水埗通州街256號全幢酒店物業，總樓面3.9萬方呎，呎價約8,700元，共有63間房、21個車位及約5,000至6,000方呎舖位，料最快明年年底決定拆售或繼續營運作服務式住宅。

他稱，今年集團主要售出尖沙咀The Austine Place及1幅農地，套現逾10億元。又指，集團負責銷售的陳氏家族九龍塘THE GRAMPIAN ，陳氏家族有意長期持有項目其中兩個物業。
