　香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）據土地註冊處資料顯示，由太子珠寶鐘錶主席鄧鉅明及其有關人士持有的香港仔田灣海傍道9號興偉冰廠凍房全幢以6.03億元易手，業主於2007年9月以1億元購入，持貨近6年帳面獲利5.03億元，升值5.03倍。該物業總樓面200,081方呎，成交呎價3,014元，登記買家為SIMPLY POWER。

火炭豐利工中減12%沽

　另外，美聯工商助理營業董事葉宇政表示，火炭穗禾路1號豐利工業中心中層物業放售，面積約2,034平方呎，成交呎價2,532元，涉及金額515萬元，以交吉形式易手。業主叫價590萬元，願減價75萬元出售，減幅12.7%。
