耀才老闆1.8億掃油麻地舖位

　息指出，耀才證券主席葉茂林以1.8億元購入油麻地彌敦道375至381號金勳大廈地下G1號舖、閣樓及1樓，地下667方呎，閣樓及1樓共12,883方呎。據悉，原業主為內地商業地產發展商順聯集團代表陳錦泰於今年6月以1.3968億元向資深投資者羅家寶購入物業。是次成交帳面獲利4,032萬元。

　土地註冊處資料顯示，中建電訊以1.598億元購入北角城市花園商場第1至3座地庫一籃子舖位，包括第1、2 及座商場地庫第1至33號、34A、34B、36A、36B 及第38至45號舖，總建築面積約4萬方呎，成交價平均呎價3995元。原業主為美加樂聯合實業，公司董事包括詹洪良、詹榮良及詹耀良，於2010年11月以1.9億元購入一籃子舖位。

　市傳，旺角砵蘭街175號A、B、C地舖，以2.2億元易手，舖位面積4,000方呎，現租戶為茶餐廳。據悉，原業主於01年及03年分別以1,290萬及1,312.5萬元購入。
