Midland Internal Change: Fired Senior Management Expose Detail Today.

Yang Yongjian, the former Hong Kong Island Director of Midland, submitted open letter to Midland's head office in Central Plaza by high-profile, to express his dissatisfaction with current vice-chairman Huang Jingyi's management and believed she has no achievement. He left the company before the Chinese New Year eve and claimed he was forced to leave. Yang had worked for Midland for many years and has wide connections, so up to 30-40 current Midland district managers gathered on the site yesterday to support him. He will explain detail today. Yang Yongjian claimed he was forced to leave on open letter. In the open letter, Yang criticized Midland's management problems, and pointed vice-chairman of Midland Huang Jingyi who is daughter of former chairman and just promoted these years has no achievement but just persecuted long-serving managers many times, employed incapable trusted followers, and promoted mediocrities to be senior managers, which finally caused low in morale and mock from experts. Yang even quoted two lines of verse at the end of the open letter, to describe the situation. It is know that, this verse wrote by Ts'ao Chih, a famous writer in three kingdoms period, and it shows extremely anger to vicious crafty sycophant's overbearing behaviors. Yang Yongjian expressed to media after he submitted the open letter, " I was forced to immediately leave after my serve from 1995 to last month, and I hope the market and board of directors to know the truth." And he emphasized again he was unreasonably fired. Wei Wenjun, who supported him on the site felt pity for Yang's departure, and pointed many colleagues especially colleagues in Hong Kong Island are unhappy but they respect the company's decision, and tried to support their colleague yesterday. As for the market source that Liu Wenhua and Li Jiajie who are district managers of Midland and supported Yang on site had been fired, Ye expressed they had never heard this and above two colleagues are still on duty. At dusk, market source told another senior manager Wei Wenjun also left the company, but this news has not contacted him yet. Yang invited media by fax last night and pointed he would explain the detail this afternoon. Insider disclosed, it still not end. Midland has personal changed many times these years. There also was rumor each time when former vice-chairman Huang Jinkang left the company in 2012 and Chen Kunxing quit in last August.
