香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）尖東廣場業主羅守輝剛以約7,500萬元沽出持有多年的海濱道海濱中心21樓全層連天台及入則廣告位，買家為長線投資客。中原（工商舖）蔡德寶表示，剛易手的觀塘海濱道139號至141號海濱中心21樓全層連天台及入則廣告位，全層面積約10,941平方呎，入則廣告位面積則約72呎寬及26呎長。原業主為資深投資者尖東廣場業主羅守輝，於2011年以約3,400萬元購入，其後雙方協議以約7,500萬元交吉交易。預料經更新增值後物業呎租可增至約22元至25元，戶外廣告牌則有意以每月約8萬元至10萬元招租。
