綠景NEO預租近半樓面

年以90億元向會德豐地產購入觀塘海濱道123號8 Bay East,已易名為綠景NEO大廈。該商廈自2018年11月啟動招租以來,現階段項目預租率已接近一半,客戶多為內地、香港大型公司或跨國集團,行業涉及保險、金融、創科及虛擬銀行等,11月將舉行開幕儀式。

會德豐地產昨日為綠景NEO大廈舉行移交典禮,正式將此臨海甲級商廈移交予綠景(中國)地產投資公司 。該物業樓高十九層,可建總樓面面積約為60萬方呎。

綠景(中國)主席黃敬舒表示,受惠於政策支持,九龍東將蛻變成新型核心商業區,綠景NEO將順勢擴大自身影響力及快速樹立品牌形象,發展為諸多企業總部匯聚的金融科技中心。
