結好申請改建紅磡商廈為酒店

香港文匯報訊 (記者 顏倫樂) 結好控股去年以3.5億元,向華懋購入位於漆咸道北270至274號的紅磡商業中心全幢,劃為「住宅(甲類)4」及「道路」地帶,最新向城規會申請將大廈5至14樓改為酒店用途,提供89個房間,涉及樓面約28,895方呎。其中5樓將作為酒店大堂及前台,6至14樓提供房間。大廈的其他樓層則維持辦公用途。發展商指改建後的總樓面不會超過現有的總樓面面積,改建後亦不會改變建築物高度。
