Tiny house project is popular. The Vantage in Hung Hom, which developed by Henderson Land in pre-sale period up to two years, uploaded brochure yesterday, and it provides totally 550 units with 25 units on each floor. The smallest among is open style unit in only 170 sq ft, being the most tiny first hand house in Hung Hom after the implementation of the First Hand Residential Property Sales Ordinance, and it is 24 sq ft smaller than the most tiny units of Upper East in Hung Hom developed by Kowloon Development which is 194 sq ft and just occupied. The Vantage will announce pricing before next Tuesday at the soonest, and it is estimated the sq ft price may up to HKD 30,000, with many units in sale prices under HKD 6 million, the Agent Sales Department (1) General manager of Henderson, Lin Damin expressed.
The smallest unit of the project is room A7 on 3rd floor, an open style flat in usable area of 170 sq ft, with the bathroom has Window, and it has a platform in 120 sq ft, also it is the most tiny first hand house in Hung Hom after the implementation of the First Hand Residential Property Sales Ordinance in 2013, according to the brochure of The Vantage.
More than half of the houses are in layout of one room at estimated sq ft price of HKD 30,000.
There are 25 units on each floor, divided into four areas of A, B, C and D, setting with4 elevators. They are in layouts from open style to two rooms in usable areas from 170 sq ft to 425 sq ft. Among them, one room has 322 units, open style has 132 units and two room has 83 units. The key date is March 31, 2021.
This project will announce the price and open the sample units before next Tuesday at the soonest, and will start the sales within this month with sale prices referring to new project property prices around Kai-tak, plus it is expected the sq ft price may reach HKD 30,000 leading many sale prices are lower than HKD 6 million, Lin Damin pointed.
