　所持有的紅磡服務式住宅紅都軒，早前向城規會申請發展為1幢18層酒店，提供63個酒店客房。惟申請現接獲的10個意見中，多達9個反對申請，包括毗鄰的利高大廈業主立案法團、創建香港等。

　利高大廈業主立案法團認為，建築物將造成不良視覺影響，會有屏風問題，亦與周邊建築物格格不入。創建香港則擔心項目於停車位、上落客貨車位等缺乏資訊。另有雅景軒業主指，新建築物會使人流複雜、並且更多內地及海外旅客，交通將增負荷。地盤面積約1,970平方呎，重建後總樓面約17,739平方呎，將提供63間面積介乎86至139.9平方呎小型客房。
