　遠東發展紅磡單幢新盤寶御提供124伙單位，最快日內派發價單，並於下周開賣，首批單位數量不少於50伙，意向呎價逾1萬元，已接獲2,000個查詢。遠東發展高級營業及市務總監方俊表示，該盤單位面積由374呎至1,004呎不等，最低入場費有機會低於400萬元。

　整個項目市值料約10億元，發展商現於九龍城太子匯地下商場部分擺設展銷廳及示範單位，面積達1.5萬呎，最快本周末開放。至於政府將推出一手銷售規管法例，該公司表示歡迎，認為可保障消費者及提高透明度。

　另一方面，九建東半山曉?將發售31至35樓「曉?．御?」單位，昨開放35樓示範單位給傳媒參觀，並公布最新付款計劃。買家可享最高樓價25%之第二按揭，以及0.68%首兩年定息第二按揭。
