　香港文匯報訊（記者顏倫樂）市況波動下，有上市公司決定賣樓套現。世紀21在下周二的一場拍賣會上，將拍賣一項由國際精密(0929)所持有的西貢金湖別墅洋房，開價3,280萬元，公司於96年8月以970萬元購入洋房，折算15年來，帳面可賺2,310萬元，賺幅達2.3倍。

開價3280萬料賺逾2倍

　據世紀21網頁披露的資料，是次拍賣的物業為西貢銀岬路29號金湖別墅B屋，將連同2個車位一併發售，洋房建築面積約2,005呎，連880呎的私人內花園，開價3,280萬元，折合每呎約16,359元。

　土地註冊處顯示，物業由科達精密工程有限公司在1996年購入。公司董事包括國際精密席兼總經理兼執行董事崔少安、以及執行董事李志恆、何如海、黎文傑等，國際精密在2010年中期報告內亦有提到公司持有上述洋房物業。國際精密的業務主要為應用於硬盤驅動器、液壓設備及汽車零件之精密金屬零件以及其他用途之零件製造及銷售。

貝沙灣複式叫價4650萬

　除此之外，一名外籍人士亦委託忠誠，於本月29日拍賣薄扶林貝沙灣6期2座極高層B室複式戶，面積2,425呎，連天台及空中花園與3個車位，開價4,650萬元，每呎約19,175元。原業主於07年以約4,122.5萬元購入，以開價售出帳面獲利527.5萬元。
