中原地產粉嶺名都分行經理劉德興表示，近期二手交投較為膠著，買家入市相對審慎，粉嶺中心剛錄本月首宗成交，屋苑新近錄得C座低層01室成交，單位實用面積468平方呎，建築面積605平方呎，2房間隔，放盤時開價約$530萬，議價後以$512萬易手，實用面積平均呎價$10,940。
中原劉德興指，新買家為用家，原業主則於2017年以$504萬購入上址，持貨6年，是次轉手賬面獲利約$8萬離場，單位期內升值約1.6%。
