美聯物業上東嘉亨灣分行(8)市務經理(銷售)陳世民表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣Island Residence中層A室單位，實用面積約為391平方呎，1房間隔，並獲外籍租客垂青，業主原叫價月租約$2萬，議價後以月租$1.85萬承接，實用面積平均呎租約為$47.3。

據了解，業主於2017年10月份以約$782.8萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報逾2.8厘。
