世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促筲箕灣東霖苑高層08室，實用面積436平方呎，屬2房間隔，單位於今年3月放盤，原開價$388萬，其後至近月調整至$368萬，獲白居二買家洽購，終以$348萬(居二價) 承接，累減$40萬，實用面積平均呎價$7,982。

郭少玲指，原業主於1997年以$97.5萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨27年至今易手，賬面獲利$250.5萬，單位期內升值2.6倍。
