美聯物業上東嘉亨灣分行聯席區域經理李振榮表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣居屋東濤苑為B座低層3室單位，實用面積406平方呎，建築面積為524平方呎，以$455萬成交，折合實用呎價約為$11,207，建築呎價約為$8,683。

資料顯示，原業主於2008年以約$134.2萬購入上述物業，是次轉售帳面獲利約$320.8萬，物業升值239%。
