世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東駿苑成交，單位為金駿閣(A座) 低層08室，實用面積548平方呎，採2房間隔，室內裝修雅緻，享山景，單位於2021年7月放盤，當時開價$548萬，期間累減至$420萬，獲綠表買家洽購，終以$368萬(綠表價) 成交，整體累減達$180萬，實用面積平均呎價$6,715，屬市價水平。

世紀21溢榮郭少玲指出，原業主於2019年以$410萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨4年至今易手，賬面虧蝕$42萬，單位期內料跌約10%。
