世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東駿苑成交，單位為銀駿閣(B座) 低層09室，實用面積649平方呎，3房間隔，室內裝修雅緻，單位於2022年6月放盤，當時開價$550萬，期間累減至$450萬，獲綠表買家洽購，終以$430萬(綠表價) 成交，整體累減$120萬，實用面積平均呎價$6,626。

世紀21溢榮郭少玲指出，原業主於1994年以$127萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨29年至今易手，賬面獲利$303萬，單位期內升值2.4倍。
