世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋東盛苑成交，單位為中層10室，實用面積407平方呎，2房間隔，望開揚少海景，室內裝修雅緻。單位於去年11月放盤，原開價$440萬，累減$60萬，獲綠表買家以$380萬(未補地價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,337，屬低價成交。

郭少玲續指，原業主於2000年以$105萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨23年至今易手，賬面獲利$275萬，單位期內升值2.6倍。
