世紀21溢榮地產營業董事郭少玲表示，新近促成筲箕灣居屋愛蝶灣成交，單位為9座低層A室，實用面積592平方呎，3房間隔，享海景。單位於2023年放盤，原開價$730萬，獲綠表買家洽購，以$685萬(綠表價) 承接，累減$45萬，減幅6.2%，實用面積呎價$10,673，屬低市價成交。

郭少玲續指，原業主於2007年以$204萬(未補地價) 購入上址，持貨16年至今易手，賬面獲利$481萬，單位期內升值2.4倍。
