筲箕灣中心獲上車客以$450萬承接 2013年貨升值約4成

美聯物業上東-東大街分行高級區域經理周永業表示，該行剛促成筲箕灣中心為C座中層B室單位，實用面積約為304平方呎，建築面積約373平方呎，並獲上車客鍾情，議價後以$450萬成交，實用面積平均呎價約為$14,803，建築面積平均呎價約為$12,064。

據悉，原業主於2013年12月以約$323萬購入上述物業，是次轉手帳面獲利約$127萬，物業升值約39%。
