盧華家族招標深水埗舊樓

的深水埗大埔道51至61號舊樓,剛委託第一太平戴維斯招標,市場對該舊樓估值3.8億元。據了解,大埔道51-61號現址為1幢於1957年落成的7層高舊樓,地盤面積約4,588方呎,可隨時拆卸重建及賣樓,以地積比率最高9倍計算,重建樓面約41,292方呎,換言之每呎樓面地價約9,023元。翻查資料,盧華家族去年11月尾才完成上述舊樓的的強制拍賣,成交價2.67億元,短短1個多月即部署離場。

另外,市場消息指中聯辦分別以145萬元及168萬元,購入均益大廈3期地庫兩個相連車位,合共313萬元,均益大廈位置毗鄰西營盤中聯辦總部。其中單號車位成交價168萬元,為均益大廈3期車位成交價新高。
