的深水埗大埔道51至61號舊樓，剛委託第一太平戴維斯招標，市場對該舊樓估值3.8億元。據了解，大埔道51-61號現址為1幢於1957年落成的7層高舊樓，地盤面積約4,588方呎，可隨時拆卸重建及賣樓，以地積比率最高9倍計算，重建樓面約41,292方呎，換言之每呎樓面地價約9,023元。翻查資料，盧華家族去年11月尾才完成上述舊樓的的強制拍賣，成交價2.67億元，短短1個多月即部署離場。
另外，市場消息指中聯辦分別以145萬元及168萬元，購入均益大廈3期地庫兩個相連車位，合共313萬元，均益大廈位置毗鄰西營盤中聯辦總部。其中單號車位成交價168萬元，為均益大廈3期車位成交價新高。
