盛滙買大角咀舖博收購

(記者 梁悅琴) 隨着大角咀成為市區重建焦點,舊樓成為收購目標。盛滙商舖基金創辦人李根興表示,以1,200萬元買入間大角咀大角咀道55-65A號牡丹大廈地下2號舖,建築面積350呎,目前租客為神廚館墨東東 MUGS,現時月租22,000元,回報率2.2厘,門闊12呎,深21呎。原業主是1997年6月以400萬元買入,持貨22年賺800萬元。

他指,該大廈樓齡60年,舖位具收購潛力,又鄰近大角咀利奧坊大型重建項目,日後人流必定更旺,打算中長線持有。
