(記者 梁悅琴) 隨着大角咀成為市區重建焦點，舊樓成為收購目標。盛滙商舖基金創辦人李根興表示，以1,200萬元買入間大角咀大角咀道55-65A號牡丹大廈地下2號舖，建築面積350呎，目前租客為神廚館墨東東 MUGS，現時月租22,000元，回報率2.2厘，門闊12呎，深21呎。原業主是1997年6月以400萬元買入，持貨22年賺800萬元。
他指，該大廈樓齡60年，舖位具收購潛力，又鄰近大角咀利奧坊大型重建項目，日後人流必定更旺，打算中長線持有。
