　士招」兩項遺產物業，均屬豪宅，位於中半山愛都大廈及薄扶林碧瑤灣，但未承價下收回，兩項物業開價達9,660萬元；而同場拍賣的屯門兆麟苑E座中層10室「疑似凶宅」，於本月初因「未到價」而收回後，昨日再「翻叮」，可惜4口價下未到價被收回。
