百老匯旺角巨舖續租平37%

香港文匯報訊(記者 蘇洪鏘)零售市道不景,就連舖位業主也陸續「跪低」,不惜減租留客。目前由連鎖電器店百老匯承租的旺角亞皆老街巨舖,早前傳出於9月退租,昨日有消息指現有租戶獲業主減租續約,新租金較現租減幅達37%。

涉及舖位位於旺角亞皆老街73至81號宏安大廈地下至4樓巨舖,面積達25,016方呎,百老匯將以每月250萬元續租,折合呎租100元。據了解,現時租金為每月約400萬元,續租後減幅達37.5%。

翻查市場資料,舖位由有「玩具大王」之稱的本港商人蔡志明於2002年以2.04億元購入並持有至今,消息指舖位一度叫租高達500萬元,惟未獲新商戶承租, 及至本月初一度減叫價至298萬元,迄今續租,叫價減幅達一半,反映業主在市道低迷之下態度不得不大幅軟化。
