中原地產 - 曾嘉滙經理表示，近期整體交投氣氛正面，大埔白石角天賦海灣二期溋玥最新錄得一宗成交，單位為9座高層A室，建築面積1,450平方呎，實用面積1,136平方呎，屬3房連套房及工人套房間隔，原叫價約$1,080萬，議價後以$1,060萬易手，折合實用呎價約$9,331。

曾嘉滙指，新買家為外區換樓客，鍾情屋苑環境舒適及單位質素高，間隔合用，故決定購入單位自住。資料顯示，原業主於2014年以$1,227萬購入單位，持貨約11年，是次轉手帳面蝕讓約$167萬，期內單位貶值約13.6%。
