現場所見，昨日拍賣會人數相當多，拍賣會以馬拉松式接近5個小時才完結。以第三項物業大坑愉富大廈A座24樓1室最搶手，經過30口叫價後才成交，最後以3,820萬元成交，高開價20.1%，按面積2,028方呎計算，呎價18,836元。但亦有買家為買「心頭好」而獨力競投，其中大坑愉富大廈A座10樓2室，買家就個人舉牌4次承接單位，最終以2,850萬元投得單位，高開價4.4%。
資料顯示，產業署昨推出的10個港島區豪宅，分布於跑馬地及薄扶林等，其中碧瑤灣佔5個、愉富大廈佔2個、比華利山佔2個，而翠海別墅則有1個。面積由1,721方呎至2,330方呎，由於相比去年7月的同類型拍賣會，是次開價下調約2.5%至6%，遂能吸引買家。
