The six new properties which put up for sale yesterday,including MacPherson Residence in Mong Kok (102 units),Park Signature in Yuen Long(63 units),Riva in Yuan Long (8 units),Long Beach in Tai Kok Tsui (20 units),DUNBAR PLACE in Ho Man Tin(2 units) and DIVA in North Point (2 units). OPUS Hong Kong suppled the tender documents In addition,OPUS Hong Kong in the East of Mid-Level by Swire Properties which closed the bid on June 27 yesterday have supplied the tender documents,provide guide price of 6/F,10/F and 11/F and modify sales arrangements to reflect the changes. 11/F with HKD $4.5 billion to HKD $4.7 billion,10/F with the price of HKD $4.8 billion to HKD $5.0 billion and 6/F with the price of HKD $4.0 billion to HKD $4.20 billion.Swire Properties spokesman said that the 10th floor is a demonstration units even with furnitures,so the price is much higher than 11/F,guidelines price haven't calculate free of the stamp duty,since the tender period began on May 20,the company received a lot of guidance about the price queries,it is believed that supplement can provide reference for the bidders to consider.
