香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）今早推售的荃灣環宇海灣首批連加推591伙，昨日下午4時截票，最終獲逾14,300票，超額登記23.1倍，凍結市場資金逾21億元，為歷來第五高票數新盤。消息指，若此批單位於今日沽清，發展商有機會即時公布加推單位。

今推售的591伙，2房、3房及4房戶分別佔191伙、320伙及80伙，訂價535.2萬元至1,315.5萬元，呎價9,062元至14,393元，以即供優惠最多15.75%計，即供折實價由450.9萬元至1,108.3萬元。

根據一手住宅銷售網頁顯示，環宇海灣發展商已於5月27日更新發展項目的所在位置圖、更新分區計劃大綱圖、更新樓面平面圖。
