　香港文匯報訊　(記者 顏倫樂) 資深投資者「物流張」6月中購入的兩個舖位剛摸貨易手，持貨不足2個月，帳面共賺665萬元。其中，花園街2號好景商場1樓1及2號舖，面積約300方呎，購入價620萬元，由售賣遊戲機碟店舖每月以34,800元租用，現以835萬元摸出，帳面賺215萬元。另一間位於九龍城城南道10號的地舖，面積2,500方呎，6月以2,600萬元購入，現以3,050萬元摸出，帳面賺450萬元。單位現租予一間凍肉批發，月租46,000元。
