美聯物業九龍灣淘大花園分行高級分區營業經理黃家明表示，該行近日促成牛頭角居屋安基苑兩房成交，成交單位為安基苑C座中層07室，實用面積435平方呎，屬於兩房間隔，業主開價$548萬放盤，終減價$60萬或約11%，以自由市場價$488萬易手，折合實用呎價$11,218。
