世紀21日昇地產聯席董事蔡嘉駿表示，最新成交是炮台山京華道富利來大廈A座高層04室，單位實用面積約238平方呎，單位原則屬一房單位，現已改作開放式設計，成交價$450萬，實用呎價約$18,908，單位原先叫價為$480萬，最終減價$30萬成交，減幅達6.3%。

蔡嘉駿補充，據悉單位原業主於2017年12月以約$403萬購入上址單位，持貨5年帳面獲利$47萬，期間單位升值12%。
