近期有投資者於股票市場獲利後，隨即轉戰樓市，瞄準馬鞍山新港城一個具備海景的兩房單位，料可享約4厘租金回報。

新港城A座高層2房　448.8萬易手

美聯物業馬鞍山聯席區域經理陳少鴻表示，該行近日促成新港城A座高層2室成交，單位實用面積348平方呎，屬兩房間隔，外望開揚海景。單位內籠裝修企理，早前叫價500萬元，現由投資者以448.8萬元承接，折合實用呎價12,897元。

樓價低見吸引　投資者趁機「買磚頭」

據了解，是次買家原於股市獲利，見樓價回落、租金回報理想，遂決定入市「買磚頭」，預計購入後將單位放租，料可享近4厘租金回報，成為區內投資焦點。

原業主持貨16年帳面升值近兩倍

資料顯示，原業主於2008年10月以155萬元購入，持貨至今轉手帳面獲利293.8萬元，單位升值近兩倍。
