　香港文匯報訊（記者周穎）政府於去年推出的打擊炒樓措施，令不少投資者轉投工商物業市場，刺激2011年工業樓宇買賣合約登記金額及宗數分別創歷史新高及第三高，全年登記總值301.05億元，較去年舊紀錄高出13.4%，涉及宗數6,856宗，按年輕微下降2.6%。

　中原地產研究部聯席董事黃良昇指出，去年工業樓宇買賣合約登記總值301.05億元，創1996年有紀錄16年以來新高，較前年的舊紀錄265.57億元高出13.4%；涉及宗數6,856宗，按年輕微下降2.6%，是有紀錄以來第三高，僅低於2007年的7,427宗及2010年的7,037宗。

　數據反映2010年12月份至去年11月份間的工廈市況暢旺，並且是有紀錄以來交投最為活躍的其中一年。

　大額類型方面， 5,000萬元以上類型錄得38.31億元及40宗，按年分別下降7.1%及上升42.9%。當中去年最高金額的工業樓宇登記個案包括：筲箕灣川匯集團大廈全幢及粉嶺中匯貿易中心全幢，成交金額分別為4.75億及2.06億元。

　細額類型方面，200萬元以下類型錄得43.17億元及3,109宗，按年下降12.2%及20.7%。
