　香港文匯報訊　美聯工商黎紹賢表示，火炭華衛工貿中心地廠，以連約形式成交，樓面面積約9,072平方呎，成交金額約3,038萬，呎價約3,349元。以現時每月租金收入接近8萬元計算，回報約4厘，買家為長線投資者。據悉，原業主於去年2月以約2,028萬購入，持貨1年多，獲利超過1,010萬，錄得約50%升幅。
