火炭榕翠園持貨9年獲利$309萬離場

中原地產新界東豪宅御龍山第一分行副分區營業經理周家傑表示，火炭榕翠園6月暫錄約1宗成交，屋苑新錄中層E室，單位建築面積753平方呎，實用面積658平方呎，2房間隔，望山景，開價約$908萬，議價後以$870萬易手，實用平均呎價$13,222。

中原周家傑指，原業主於2013年以$561萬購入單位，持貨約9年，是次沽出單位，帳面獲利$309萬離場，單位期內升值約55%。
