中原地產 - 霍栢雄經理表示，租盤需求持續高企，火炭新晉屋苑星凱．堤岸剛錄一宗租賃成交。單位為1座中層H室，實用面積568平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$28,000，經議價後以月租$26,000租出，折合實用呎租約$45.8。

霍栢雄指出，新租客為區內客，心儀屋苑交通便利、環境舒適兼樓齡較新，加上租金屬合理水平，故決定承租作自住用途。

資料顯示，業主於2021年以$1,064萬購入上述單位，是次租出可享租金回報約2.9厘。
